SW STEAKHOUSE
Located inside Wynn Las Vegas

The dining experience begins as you travel down the escalator from the casino towards Wynn's famous Lake of Dreams. SW Steakhouse is situated in front of the lake with both indoor and outdoor dining available. The room is as classy as one would expect from a Wynn Las Vegas restaurant yet the atmosphere is lively featuring entertainment in the form of short "shows" throughout the evening taking place over the Lake of Dreams. Most would recommend a table outdoors to get the most enjoyment out of your dining experience at one of best restaurants in Las Vegas.

In true Las Vegas VIP fashion the service is outstanding without being overbearing or intrusive.

The menu, orchestrated by star chef David Walzog, is truly innovative while offering a wide variety of charred, prime-aged steaks and chops, as well as poultry and seafood specialties. The wine list is also extensive and the dessert is to die for!

STRIPSTEAK
Located inside Mandalay Bay

Located just around the corner from the casino, STRIPSTEAK appears to be very active as you first approach its open-faced entrance. Just past the hostess stand is a bar area that is always very busy with Las Vegas VIP guests. Behind the bar area lays the dining areas which are more quiet and secluded than the front area of the restaurant. The decor is modern, classy and unique. The service is fantastic and the food is phenomenal, featuring a wide variety of prime cuts along with a fantastic selection of Wagyu Beef cuts.

HUGO'S CELLAR
Located inside 4 Queens Hotel & Casino (downtown Las Vegas)

While Hugo's Cellar may be the premier Las Vegas restaurant for couples, the service and the food is so outstanding that Hugo's can be included into any type of Las Vegas VIP package. As you walk down the curled set of stairs that lead you from the 4 Queens casino to Hugo's Cellar, you will be pleasantly surprised to find such an elegant restaurant in a "downtown" hotel. The ladies are presented with a rose as your party is walked through the beautiful dining room towards your table. Some of the highlights are the tableside salad creation as well as the chocolate dipped fruit that is brought to the table after dinner. The steaks, wine and service are all top notch at Hugo's.

RUTH'S CHRIS STEAKHOUSE
Located at 4561 West Flamingo Rd. (just west of the Palms)

There are actually two Ruth's Chris Steakhouse locations in Las Vegas, however, the one located on the West side (near the Palms Resort & Casino) is the place to be, not only because of the service and the food, but because they stay open late... until 3am or later! These late hours make the west side Ruth's Chris a popular choice among the Las Vegas nightlife & entertainment industry who are often getting out of work and looking for a classy place to have a drink and a high-end late night meal.

CATHOUSE
Located inside the Luxor

Cathouse is an upscale and upbeat steakhouse featuring a lounge and nightclub, all three of which are decorated in a red velvet burlesque theme. Cathouse is loud... there is a live DJ playing dance music and there is usually a large crowd of Las Vegas VIP partygoers mingling in the lounge which is in plain view of the dining area. The nightclub area is in a separate room around the corner which opens later in the night and is a great place to get the party started after your dinner.

STRIP HOUSE
Located inside Planet Hollywood Hotel & Casino

Similar to Cathouse, Strip House has a red velvet burlesque theme only without the loud music or the nightclub. The bar area is a great place to have a drink and mingle before your dinner and the menu is one of the best in Las Vegas. Aside from their phenomenal entrees, Strip House is known for their famous "goose fat potatoes" and delicious dessert menu.
