On the sixth floor of Palms Place, Simon is situated along side the relaxing & exclusive pool.  The dining room itself is very open and modern.  As you walk into Simon, you are facing the glass walls that showcase the pool with the bar area to your left, sushi bar to your right, and beautiful dinner tables all around you.  You are surrounded by various high-end wood decor as well as a large fireplace both inside and outside.

Restauranteur and celebrity chef Kerry Simon has created both the atmosphere and the menu to perfectly compliment the classy and cool tropical sophistication of Palms Place.  While the menu offers a variety of delicious ideas, the Sushi at Simon is as good as it gets!

WAZUZU
Located inside Encore

As you approach from the casino floor you'll have a view of the Wazuzu dining room and the upscale modern Aisan decore complete with a large dragon across the back wall, from inside the dining room you may look out on to the casino floor at Encore, the second tower of Wynn Las Vegas.

The menu is exciting and unique with nightly specials of the freshest and most delicious tastes you have ever experienced.  Wazuzu is also a great place to enjoy a specialty cocktail to get your evening started out right.
                                 

TAO LAS VEGAS
Located inside The Venetian

Already a famous nightclub in Las Vegas, Tao also features a fantastic dining experience on the first floor of the venue.  The menu is great and the atmosphere can't be beat.  With live DJ's playing and a busy bar area, the dining experience at Tao Las Vegas is truly one of a kind.  A late meal can turn into a night of dancing and partying as the nightclub begins to take over later in the night.
