In November of 2001, George Maloof opened the Palms Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, introducing an exciting new breed of Las Vegas hotel. Located on West Flamingo road, just one block from the busiest corner of the Las Vegas Strip, the Palms property provides an unparalleled Las Vegas experience for the party crowd and high-end guests alike.

The Palms property has 3 towers: The Palms Tower, The Fantasy Tower, and Palms Place. The Main Tower has over 700 rooms including the famous "Real World Suite" where MTV filmed one of it's most classic Real World seasons ever in 2002. This suite comes fully equipped with everything the Real Worlders had including the confessional room! The Fantasy Tower opened in late 2005 showcasing a wide variety of specialty suites including the Hugh Hefner Sky Villa, The Director's Suite and even The Hardwood Suite with a basketball court, scoreboard, locker room. Palms Place opened in late 2008 as a 58 story high-rise condominium for celebrities and jet setters from across the globe to enjoy their own luxurious slice of Palms property. The condos are available for private rental and can be included in any of Sin City VIP's all inclusive Las Vegas vacation packages.
